Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required for all bookings.
There are NO refunds for no-shows and the client will be held responsible to remediate in FULL- the price for the selected booked service.
SkyeBright Smile has a 35% cancellation fee.
However, you may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance ONE TIME - In order for your deposit to transfer to your new appointment. After that, there will be a new deposit requirement to re-book.
*If you are sick, please do not come. Please reschedule 24 hours in advance* You will not be charged to RESCHEDULE (within 24 hours) *if you are sick*, your deposit will be held and will transfer over to hold your new appointment. If notified past the 24 hour window, a 35% charge will apply.
